Full Faith and Credit for probate decrees?

Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals rejects effort to apply a Texas judgment admitting a will and determining distribution to a mineral interest located in Oklahoma. "We apply this holding to the controversy at hand and reject Appellant's contention the Texas probate court's decree must be accorded extra-territorial effect under the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the United States Constitution as to the parties' rights in Oklahoma realty." http://lnkd.in/buymbJz
