Okla. Supreme Court corrects decision in May v. Oklahoma Bank but otherwise denies rehearing

Just announced: The Court made a minor change to its June 14, 2011 decision in May v. Oklahoma Bank, 2011 OK 52, regarding whether a trustee’s attorney fees can be paid from the trust when the fees result from the trustee’s own negligence.  The Court’s order entered on September 30, 2011 changed one of the dollar amounts in paragraph 16 of the decision, but otherwise left the decision in place.  The decision can be found in the same place as before: http://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/deliverdocument.asp?cite=2011+OK+52.  The Court’s order on rehearing can be found at the end of the document.
